BBQ Time!

Fired up the BBQ today. I have a rack of ribs and a whole chicken cooking.

My boss told me about a rub that he recommends, BUTT RUB

I looked online and found
out that a pool company down the road sells this rub. I went to this pool store and purchased a 24oz. bottle of this stuff...OMG!! $18.00+

If it isn't good, I am going to sell off the rest to my boss, since he LOVES IT!

Well, the ribs turned out fantastic, but the top dried out a bit because I didn't flip it enough.

The chicken was almost ruined, but I saved it. I didn't check the chicken enough so the skin got really dark and the rub was ruined. I tore off all the skin and was able to save the rest. Only problem was that the can of soda didn't get hot enough and was still full when I took the chicken off. It was still cooked, but it didn't use the can like it was suppose to.



The smoke ring was very nice on the ribs and chicken!!
